We want you to be completely satisfied with our service and products. We understand that babies are shaped differently and that no matter how well a diaper is made or designed, sometimes certain designs just don't fit.

RETURNS

If you would like to return/exchange non-defective products, we will give a refund less a 10% restocking fee or exchange any product, provided it is returned to us in an unused (other than being tried on), unwashed and in a re-sellable condition. Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days and accompanied by the original packing slip or any proof of purchase from the Swaddlebees.com website.

We do not offer refunds on products purchased through retailers or through our Outlet Store. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to make the purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if it is not in any condition to be resold, has been washed, contains smell of essential oils/perfume, smoke, etc. or that have been soiled.

EXCHANGES

The restocking fee will not be charged on exchanges. If you would like to exchange non-defective products, we will exchange any product, provided it is returned to us in an unused (other than being tried on), unwashed and in a re-sellable condition. Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days and accompanied by the original packing slip or any proof of purchase from an authorized Swaddlebees retailer.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

For defective products, we will repair, exchange or replace faulty or defective products with an exact same product, color and size. If you believe you received a product with a manufacturing defect, please be prepared to send in the product so that we can correct the problem immediately. Leaking problems are generally not considered a manufacturing defect.

As soon as we receive your returned package, either your refund will be processed or your exchanged or replacement items will be sent out within 3-5 business days.

Please note that while we try to make diapers that are durable, as with any item of clothing that gets used and washed frequently, they will not last forever. We are not responsible for damage to an item caused by improper care, abuse, misuse, normal fading or normal "wear and tear" of the product materials.

OUR GUARANTEE

All products are guaranteed against material or workmanship defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. This covers stitching and seams, elastics, or if any of the product’s components come undone or unattached. Snaps are guaranteed for the life of the diaper.
