A: We generally look for 3 things in evaluating a potential retailer:
1. Product knowledge: experience with cloth diapers, have you personally used cloth diapers or any of our products? do you already sell other cloth diapers? From our experience, cloth diapers are such a niche/specialty item that it takes an experienced user to be able to properly sell them and make educated recommendations that will benefit customers
2. Strength of your company: are you a startup or do you already have an established clientele? How long has your business been around? We generally don't approve accounts that are just in the "planning" or "thinking-about-it"stages. If you're an online store, your site needs to be up and running for us to review. Brick and mortar stores have to have a verifiable address.
3. Willingness to invest in our products: how confident are you in our products that you're willing to make an investment in product inventory? Are you just looking for another dropship vendor? We look for retailers who are serious about their business and determined to succeed. You can't sell something you don't have in stock. Our most successful retailers are those that carry a good inventory of products.

A: We don't send wholesale prices out unless your account has been approved.
Q: Will you send me some samples so I can evaluate if your products are right for our store?
A: We get tons of requests for samples. If you want to know how our products look like or function, please see our retailer page for the closest brick & mortar store to you. You are also welcome to purchase our products from any of our online retailers.
A: We don't assign exclusive territories within the United States. But we try our best not to assign too many wholesale accounts within close proximity of each other. For international retailers, we only assign exclusive territories for distributor levels.
Q: How long does it take for applications to get approved?
A: Depending on how complete your application is, it can range from 1-14 days.
