WHOLESALE POLICIES & TERMS
The following information outlines our Wholesale Polices, Terms and Conditions. Retailers and potential retailers must read and understand these policies.
ORDERING, LEAD TIMES ON ORDERS & PAYMENT
Orders may be placed through our website, email or fax. For US retailers, a copy of your business license and/or state sales tax certificate must be submitted via fax or mail before ordering. PLEASE NOTE: We do not permit the sale of our items through co-ops, on Ebay or on any other auction site.
We generally try to ship orders within 1 business day for in-stock orders. If you require bigger quantities than what we normally carry in stock, you may place a purchase order and can expect your order to ship in 3-5 weeks.
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. We do not offer terms or payment discounts.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS unless other arrangements are made. All packages are assigned with tracking numbers.
DROP-SHIPPING
We offer drop-shipping for a small fee as a convenience tool for all retailers. Packing slips without prices are sent with the orders and tracking numbers will be sent to the retailer.
Keep in mind that retailers are still required to carry their own stock and not rely on drop-shipping as their main source of products.
MINIMUM PRICING
We have specified minimum retail prices on our price list. Please note that while retailers are free to set their own retail prices, we reserve the right not to sell our products to retailers that are selling below our minimum retail price guidelines.
CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE
In order to best serve our customers, we require that all retailers have experience in using cloth diapers and be knowledgeable about all the products you choose to sell from our line.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY ISSUES
All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. This covers stitching, seams, snaps, hook & loop, and elastic. We stand behind our products and have standard procedures for dealing with manufacturing defects, but we do not issue credit or replacements for products that are returned due to stains, leaks, improper care, or when worn out. If you have returns or exchanges due to product defect, we will either replace the item or issue credit for the wholesale cost of the item towards your next order. Defective items must be returned in order to get the replacement or credit.
WHOLESALE ACCOUNT LEVELS & Minimum orders
We understand that different retailers have varying needs for products. So we have established different account levels to accommodate your different needs.
Level 1: Available to order diaper covers, prefolds, diapering accessories and the full Pink Daisy line. Minimum opening order $300.
Level 2: Available to order all products. Minimum opening order: $1,000.
Level 3: Available to order all products with an additional average discount of 15% off from Level 2 prices. Minimum opening order: $2,000.
Distributor: Available to order all products with additional discounts from Level 3 prices. Exclusive territories will be established and agreed upon.
